In order to further implement the educational activity themed 'Never Forget Your Original Intention and Keep Your Mission in Mind', strengthen the political leading role of the Party and sing the main melody of patriotic education, under the leadership of the general Party branch of Anqing Foreign Language School, the 8th grade of the Junior High Department of the east campus held a chorus competition of patriotic songs with the theme of 'Never Forget Your Original Intention and Keep Your Mission in Mind', which was attended by Secretary Sun Yijun with the general Party branch, Principal Assistants Lao Guolin and Lu Dan, Director Chen Anqi,  Secretary Liu Qiongdan with the Youth League Committee, Director Li Ping of the Junior High Department, other leaders, teachers and all the students from Grade 8.
To be specific, under the command of teacher Wang Xinyue, students were high-spirited, vigorous and affectionately sang the familiar songs as follows: 'Ode to the Motherland', 'Descendants of the Dragon', 'Defend the Yellow River', 'Songs of Seven Sons', 'Unity is Strength', 'My Chinese Heart', 'Love My China' and other songs as well. A great many healthy and well-known patriotic songs lingered over the campus.
Furthermore, Principal Assistant Lu Dan hoped that students would further promote patriotic enthusiasm and never forget the original intention through the patriotic song singing. Also,  Principal Assistant Lu Dan mentioned that students had a fixed name since the moment of their birth, which is Chinese. Therefore, we have a fixed responsibility, which means we should love our motherland whenever and wherever we are; On the other hand, students are the future of the motherland. Thus, they are supposed to be determined to serve the country and have the courage to undertake the mission of building the motherland.
To conclude, this activity jointly held by the general Party branch of the school, the Communist Youth League Committee and the Junior High Department is rich in content, entertaining and instructive, which can not only make students relax their mind and cultivate their taste in the intense study, but also stimulate everyone's patriotism and mission in the form of education and fun.
